Nutley Residents Directory is a private reference service. It describes and links to public rolls, record indexes, and directory collections relevant to Nutley, New Jersey. It does not host government records and is not affiliated with an office, court, or records custodian.

11. Governing Law
New Jersey law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Requests for identifiable government records are separately governed by the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.; OPRA does not require a custodian to create a new record or list.
12. Severability
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect.
