A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the third-party provider that operates the results. Our servers do not retain a copy of that search. If you contact us, we receive the contents of the message and use them to respond.

Hosting services create ordinary logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We review aggregate information to maintain the service and understand readership. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics or advertising measurement where used.
What We Do With This Data

Links may lead to county and state portals, library collections, archives, and third-party search tools. Their own policies govern any information submitted after leaving this service. That includes sponsored search results supplied by a third party.

Providers that host or support the service process logs on our behalf. Analytics and advertising providers may receive the automatic technical data described above. We disclose information only when valid legal process requires it.
Data Safeguards
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the purposes described here. No account, password, or visitor profile is created through this site.
Users Under 18
This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor provided information, and we will remove it.
Your Privacy Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data a service retains. New Jersey’s framework includes the New Jersey Data Privacy Act, P.L. 2023 c.266 / N.J.S.A. 56:8-166.4 et seq., including a public-information exception. Because we keep very little, a request generally involves checking the contact mailbox and applicable logs, then removing information found. Use the Contact page to ask.
